April to June - 9 months old already

A cookout at Juan & Steph's turned out to be very educational for Tony and Lauren who are expecting in September. Juan attempted to teach Tony how to change a diaper and feed Julia.

Onto Austin's 3rd Birthday party in late April. Lots of kiddies, lots of fun.

Teagan's cousin Juliette's First Communion in New Jersey in April.

Teagan's cousin Nick's 5th birthday party the next day!

Teagan's big girl Duck Tubby. She loves it in and out of the bath.

Teagan's first wedding in Ohio in May. Chris's cousin Brian married a fabulous gal named Andrea.

Cooking out at Grandmom's house in May.

First trip to the "Maryland Zoo" with the cousins. It will always be the Baltimore Zoo to the natives.
Up in NJ for Brianne's 8th grade graduation and Confirmation. Oops, no pics of Brianne.

Testing out Brooke's graduation gift. Looks fit for college after the test run.

Celebrating high school graduation and Brooke's B-day in early June.

Our little angel is such a big girl now. Teagan says mama and dada and seems to know who it's referring to. She says these words along with agaaa, and bababa. She is very ticklish now on her sides and her thighs. It's so cute to hear her laugh. She's been fussy a lot recently because she is teething. One tooth is through now, but the rest are being buggers. Her cousin Jake has almost 7 teeth now! Teagan is not crawling yet, no interest really. It appears she will be tapping her linguistic skills first. So Jake will crawl around and Teagan will talk his ear off.
Teagan doesn't much care for food with textures yet other than fruit. We'll keep trying. She is currently a big fan of drinking out of cups and water bottles. She seems to hate bottles now. She also loves pulling the hair of her cats. Cole is very tolerate, Sedona stays clear. Hope you enjoyed the update, not sure when the next one will pop up. Momma is going into private practice so free time will only become more infrequent.

First Easter

We were in NJ for Easter this year. The first time Mommy had ever been in NJ for Easter too.
Teagan woke up ready to celebrate. We calmed the hair down slightly for church though. Teagan wore her little dress from Italy. Good thing we had a girl after buying that dress!

Off to Uncle Mike's where my cousins entertained me with their dancing.

Group Photo!

Yeah, still working on the coordination of a good group photo. But oh what fun to have so many little ones running around. Teagan will never run out of playmates!

Cherry Blossoms

Teagan experienced her first Cherry Blossom Festival at the Tidal Basin in Washington, DC on April 4. Aunt Suzy joined us and we met up with The Crauns, Lucases, and Michauds. It was so beautiful and Teagan loved the blossoms. It was so cute to watch her reach for the pretty flowers. It was very windy which made nursing and walking quite the task! Teagan also enjoyed tearing the rest of mommy's hair out of her pony tail at the end of the walk. The metro was also a fun experience that day. Daddy nearly took out several passengers with the backpack of baby gear. Overall a wonderful day with family and friends.

6 Months Flies By!

Teagan is already 6 months old. St. Patty's Day to be exact! Now Teagan can sit up by herself. She can say bababa, and blah blah blah, but I think is just teasing us with the possibility of mama or dada. She loves to use her voice. She sounds like a whistle quite frequently too.
Teagan is also eating lots of rice cereal and fruits and veggies. She loves her high chair and her exersaucer. She still sleeps like a dream 7:30p to about 6am.
She has been quite the active baby over the past 6 months. She has experienced Thanksgiving and Christmas, her first New Years, Valentines Day, March Madness, flew to Florida, went to a play, first and second haircuts, and baby school. She has made of several masterpieces at school with paint with her hands and feet! She apparently loves tickle time and playing with the phone at school. She does not take good naps at school. Luckily she takes great naps at home! She has 3 more friends being born this year who will be in her grade and 2 friends on the way in September.

Blah Blah Blah

Check out Teagan's first words! OK, well... it kind of sounds like "Blah Blah Blah", so it probably doesn't count. But it is entertaining.
